I am very upset about today. This is no joke. Its an utter disappointment or sheer bad luck. Today at exactly 2000 hours, I went to Tampines Street 22 UOB ATM Machine and guess what I found, a missing piece from a plastic $10 note from the machine. By far, this is the 2nd time I've been sabotaged by this situation. I have no idea who to report this to. I feel so utterly pissed. I've taken the image and hope that someone can direct me to the order that is in-charged. I know its $10, but now $10 matters a lot.
