Today, Irwan was super nice to accompany me to the Pines Club for my company's Luncheon. If only he could come along and sit in too.
It was fun for a moment until I got really sleepy and started nodding myself around. I made friends with the people around the table. There was this Indian guy who was really friendly. Probably cause he's a Malaysian. When he spoke initially, I made up my mind that he had mixed blood however when we exchanged names, guess what, his name is Sanjeev. I really could not tell.
Andrew was kind enough to drop me of at Newton MRT. It only took me 1 hour 10 minutes to reach home. He is like my best buddy when it comes to gatherings like this. Thanks a bunch!
Week has been busy. I've recently started tuition and I feel so vexed out. Plus the never ending amount of laptops piling up due to natural damages has been making me cuckoo. I enjoyed it but it makes everything so disorganized.
But I was so happy yesterday that I managed to solve at least a problem that bugged me for the whole of yesterdays afternoon. The understanding of files that are to be accessed when an application runs really put my mind on alert. It was of course with the guidance of my super smart boss that I was able to derived to that point. I had the concept but was only allowing the shortcut to be accessed; not the folder it was restricted to access.
However, I foresee problems to arise soon from my side to the school regarding this one case that is a never ending story unless the needs are met. I believe the system is clear but no one wants to take the trouble to walk down that long and winding road.
Life is definitely no box of chocolate.
